All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
Warranty
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store. For more information on the VORO warranty policy, please read Warranty Policy.
Out of the Box Top Speeds
EMOVE RoadRunner Pro The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*.The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph.There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.
This is a base plate that can be used to mount a seat to the Emove Cruiser. Use this is a replacement base plat e in case the original base plate malfunctions, or breaks.
Arrived quickly, no damage. Fits properly. I’m happy with the item. I just wish Voromotors would get the actual seat assembly back in stock. I bought the base plate so I could try to install a seat of some kind that I rig up myself.
