All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Out of the Box Top Speeds

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.

The Tanakorn Wolf Electric Scooter Seat is an excellent option if you want to ride the Wolf scooters sitting down! Created by a talented mechanical design engineer from Thailand, this e-scooter seat is named after its inventor, Tanakorn Wila. Originally a custom-designed product for a fellow member in a Facebook group, this seat is now manufactured by VoroMotors for worldwide distribution. It features a solid steel frame with logo cutout at the rear, and a supple saddle covered in durable synthetic leather. The Tanakorn Wolf seat sits lower from the ground than our Kaabo Wolf seat, making it more comfortable for riders of shorter stature. This seat is specifically designed to fit Kaabo Wolf electric scooters, with a steel base plate that has four securing posts that will align perfectly with your Wolf deck. Transform your Wolf King GT, Wolf King, or Wolf Warrior GT into the ultimate seated scooter.

When u purchase any Voromotors product u know u are getting a great product and the tanakorn scooter seat doesn’t disappoint. The first thing u will notice is the quality of workmanship made with quality. Products U feel really safe with the extremely sturdy design. It’s a nice large seat so u have heaps of seat room to get in a nice relaxed posture . U can stay goodbye to sore backs from standing upright I love my new tanakorn scooter seat thanks guys ❤️ keep up the great work
