All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.

Background: I have owned 5 scooters, including Kaabo wolf warrior GT with reinforced seat. I am 95kg 175cm tall and use scooters to commute 34km each day to work.
Positives: seat is very solid - no squeaking or movement as I have noticed in reviews of the standard seat. Seat height allows me to still put both feet on the ground, which is great for getting around people at slower speeds. Large stable base for more stability.
Negatives: screws provided with seat are too short and do not hold in the plastic threads in the scooter deck. I replaced them with slightly larger and longer screws (M5 13mm) with no issues since. The padded seat provided is quite uncomfortable (in my opinion) - the front section foam is too firm and back section too soft, and the seat is very wide. I replaced the seat with a narrower bike seat (I did the same thing for the WWGT seat).
Other: make sure you tighten all the screws (preferably using locktite) before using the seat as they can come loose and fall off, as has happened on my WWGT seat previously.
Overall a good set-up and made to last (I did 4000km on my WWGT with the reinforced seat with no major issues)
I’ve purchased two of these and they’re fantastic. Very comfortable to sit on, the most comfortable bike/scooter seat I’ve ever sat on. I would still recommend wearing padded bike shorts for extra comfort.
If you place the seat in the furthest back position you can even still stand on the scooter which is fantastic if you want to give yourself a break from sitting.
The only issue I’ve found is that the bolts that come with the seat are not quite long enough to sturdily hold the seat in, so I would recommend buying some bolts of the same kind that are longer. Aside from that however I would absolutely recommend this seat if you own an emove cruiser, it is fantastic for long journeys and the scooter also feels safer to use.
