Love my scooter. I'm an older rider so I love all the safety features and wide place to put my feet. The orange color is a show stopper. Customer service is awesome. I'm having a blast and can get where I need to go!

I did a lot of research before purchasing my Orange Emove Cruiser from Voro Motors. This was my first stand up scooter purchase and I looked for many things while deciding what scooter I wanted and from which company I would be making the purchase from. I am a slightly overweight, middle aged man, so I was not really interested in any scooters that could go over 30 mph. For the purposes I intended to us a scooter for, the Emove Cruiser had the best reviews. However, what was just as important to me was the company I purchased the scooter from and no other company I researched came close to the high customer satisfaction reviews that Voro Motors had. So I made my decision and purchased the Orange Emove Cruiser on a Monday, the scooter arrived on my door step two days later, and that was with the free shipping. When I unboxed the Orange Emove Cruiser, I discovered the right rear tail light housing was damaged. I sent an email to customer service about the issue and received a return email and a call in less than 90 minutes. Two days later I received the replacement rear tail light housing at no cost. I also purchased the extend protection from Extend and they have been in communication with me, instructing me on what to do should the scooter require any warranty repairs. As of today, I have 21 miles on the scooter and I am please with the performance. I did apply orange thread lock to many fasteners, except on the folding mechanism, because many scooter reviewers advise doing so. I wish the light in front was higher and brighter but I resolved that by purchasing a 1200 lumen bike light. So as the Review Title states "So Far, So Good" this is my review. If possible I will be making a review as I reach mileage milestones, to state our the Orange Emove Cruiser is holding up.
