Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

With features that resemble the Dualtron Thunder in a lighter package when it comes to both performance and weight, the Achilleus is a welcome addition to the Dualtron family. With a smaller battery and dual motors for 4648W max power, the Achilleus top speed is 76 kph. The wide tubeless tires result in a stable ride, and the dual hydraulic brakes slow you to a halt in an emergency.
