Im just having problem with the speed how do I change the speed from 25kph to 90 do I need to cut a cable or what?

If I don’t get arrested it will be the best decision I ever made haha I’m a videographer and would love to make content for you guys, camping, nature, exploring, trick videos in Australia. PRE-Ordered new Eride pro on 6/8 and received bike 22/8. I live in regional WA so thought this was pretty fast considering no bikes were in stock. Ridden the bike for a few hours and is so much fun! Very happy
