The EMOVE line of electric scooters is developed by VoroMotors. We've fine tuned these models over the years based on feedback from the community. In fact, the EMOVE Roadrunner was developed as an answer to our founder's need for a scooter with a seat commuting in Los Angeles, California (USA).
Unlike the Touring and Cruiser, which are foldable electric scooters that you can install a detachable seat on, the RoadRunner is a seated electric scooter. Here's a little more about them.
The EMOVE Cruiser electric scooter is our flagship model, and here's how it is made.
First, using seven CNC machines, raw materials are cut into the shape of the EMOVE Cruiser body frame. The bottom of the deck is then marked with an individual number for tracking its production. The scooters then proceed along the production line and are thoroughly examined by the team in the factory to make sure they adhere to our strict quality standards.
The EMOVE logo is screen-printed onto the constructed scooters using a superior technique that separates the two colors to prevent distortion. The scooters are then fitted with hydraulic brakes (using XTECH Zoom Brake Calipers) and pneumatic tubeless tires. The scooters receive LG batteries and are fitted with all components. They're tested and packaged to ensure their quality during transport.
