Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. I purchased the eMove Touring scooter early Jan and from the time of order, speaking to customer service, placing the order to pickup same day my experience was amazing.
A couple of days after pickup I had a slight problem with fender that was able to be fixed same day in a couple of hours under warranty.

The phone holder is great! Excellent safety feature.
I migrated from my entry level ninebot max to the emove cruiser. The top reason is battery longevity, which translates into more ride time.
The cruiser is a huge improvement and even more fun to ride.
Watch out for the switch to cruise control which kicks in after you hold the throttle down for a bit.
Do get the thumb throttle for better control.
I like the little case add on to carry things around in, but make sure you tighten the screws thoroughly and check them before every ride.
