All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Out of the Box Top Speeds

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.

Solid Drum Brake

I bought my Touring just before the pandemic- in fact I bought two (one for my wife). There was an issue with the design of the drum and break line. A redesign was made and Voro, close to 2 years later, sent 2 out our way for free. Quality components, and a company that stands behind their product. Thanks Voro!

I had problems with the

I had problems with the brake line popping out of the original drum brake. Voromotors sent me this replacement along with a link to a video on how to fix it. Thanks to the video, I was able to replace my drum brake fairly quickly. It probably took me at most 30 minutes. This permanently fixed my brake problem, and I've been scooting without any issues. Thanks Voromotors!

The products VORO MOTORS offer are excellent.

The customer service on the other hand is another story, When I first purchased the scooter the customer service was awesome but not lately.

Other than that the products are great :slightly_smiling:
