Accounting Associate

VoroMotors is an electric scooter company that is entering a scale up stage. New locations are opening up with increased inventory and day to day operation budget and expenses. We are looking for a sharp and detailed oriented individual to join our finance department.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with our associated accounting firm to detail quarterly state sales tax reports and annual tax preparation
• Have an excellent knowledge about the US tax codes
• Daily sales report for multiple locations
• Accounting for daily cash count for multiple point-of-sale locations
• Budgeting for expenses and purchase orders
• Reviewing weekly purchase orders
• Work directly with our supply chain officers in coordinating shipment timeline and invoice payments

Requirement

• Naturally a frugal individual
• Have an eye for detail
• Tendency to hold stakeholders accountable
• Good communicator
• Quickbooks and A2X knowledge is preferred
• CPA certified is a requirement
