To make a claim under warranty, request repair or replacement, please follow these instructions and complete the following form. 

  1. Read through the warranty, returns and repairs policies to make sure your situation fulfils the criteria for a warranty request. 
  2. Complete your basic information and provide your order ID along with any supporting evidence of your claim (photos and videos). Providing these key pieces will expedite the process and allow our team to better assess the situation. 
  3. Upon receipt, we will provide more details. This typically takes one to three business days.
