Why should you buy electric scooters from Voro Motors?

You should purchase adult electric scooters from Voro Motors because we have years of experience with the products and providing dedicated support to our customers. 

Not only do we sell e-scooters online and in our brick-and-mortar scooter shop, we also provide replacement parts and accessories as well as scooter servicing. 

Unlike most other electric scooter sellers, we have direct contact with our customers as well as the manufacturers. This allows us to inform the scooter manufacturers when something needs to be updated, and work together to solve any widespread issues. 

Along with selling a variety of EMOVE, Kaabo and Dualtron scooters and products suitable for a wide range of abilities and needs, we provide free shipping within Australia. 

How do I place an order with Voro Motors? 

The easiest way to place an order is online but you can also come into the store and pick an adult scooter out in person. You can shop all of our electric scooters using the menu on our website, or browse by collection. When you’ve found the scooter of your dreams, you can add it to the cart along with any other items that you would like to purchase. 

You can view all items in the cart, and add a promotion code, personal information, and payment type when you hit checkout. 

If I place an order online, is my information safe?

Yes, if you place an order with us, the transaction is encrypted. This protects any sensitive information from being inappropriately shared or lost.

Do you have gift cards? How about any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we sell gift cards. Yes, we have some promotions. Our most common promotions are with affiliate partners. You can use their coupon code for a little off your new scooter purchase, and that will apply referral credit for your purchase to an affiliate partner. 

If you received a gift card or discount code and want to apply it to an order, here’s how it works. 

  1. Add an electric scooter and accessories to your cart.
  2. You will be prompted to review our warranty policy and return policy. 
  3. Once complete, review your order and then click Checkout. 
  4. At Checkout, add your code in the discount code field and hit Apply. You may only apply one code to an order at a time. If the code can be applied to your order, the discount will display and the order total will update automatically. 
  5. After the transaction is complete, you cannot apply a discount code. 

Can you apply a discount code after my order has been placed?

No, once the order has been placed, the customer support team can no longer apply a discount code to your order.

When will I see a charge for my order in my account?

You will immediately receive an authorization hold on whichever method of payment you provided. When the order is fulfilled, we proceed with the transaction. That usually occurs within the first 24-48 business hours. 

Which methods of payment are valid?

At VoroMotors, we accept most major payment methods, including credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and EFT (through PayPal). 

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

No, we do not have any financing options or payment plans available. 

Do you have brick and mortar scooter stores?

Yes, we have an electric scooter store and full-service repair shop in Chipping Norton, New South Wales, Australia.

Can I pick-up an online order in the store?

Yes, if you’d like to pick up in-store, select “in-store pick up” from the available options at Checkout. 

Do you allow customers to test ride the scooters before purchase?

Yes, we have in-house test rides at the store. We welcome walk-ins but you can schedule to test ride the specific scooters you want to try. This ensures you get to ride the ones you want!

Can you price match? Will you honour promotional pricing indefinitely?

No, we do not do price matching and we do not honour promotions outside of the promotion period. The listed price at the time the purchase is made is the only valid pricing. Any advertisements or promotions with alternate pricing that you have seen or received do not apply if the price is not the same as advertised on the webpage when you check out.

Do you provide shipping for free?

We provide free shipping for all products for customers in Australia for new electric scooters.

Do you have expedited shipping options?

The courier services that we partner with often offer expedited shipping. You can select this option when you check out. 

Will I have to pay custom duties for my purchase?

No, the cost of custom duties do not apply to purchases you make in our store. 

Will I have to pay tax for my order?

Yes, it is likely that you will be charged tax by the local government. Destination-based taxes are required for all online purchases. As an American-based company, the IRS requires that we collect sales tax for all online orders no matter where they are shipped.

How quickly do you ship my purchase?

We process and ship most orders within 2-4 business days from the purchase date. We process all orders on weekdays during business hours. 

Orders within Australia typically take an average of 2-4 business days. This is an estimate and not actual. How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an order ID which is your tracking number. You will receive this by email and/or SMS depending on how you set up your account. If you have not received your order, please reach out to support@voromotors.com.
