All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Out of the Box Top Speeds

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.

The 11" Self Sealing Street/Off-Road Tubeless Tires are an awesome upgrade for models with 6.5in. rims (or 11in. motors). As tubeless (pneumatic) tires, they are highly durable, provide ample road cushion, and do not have inner tubes that you have to replace. With a wider than usual profile, you will feel ultra stable and connected to the road. These tires are called self sealing because the interior is coated in a bonded sealant. If punctures occur, the coating seals the damage from the inside, retaining the tires inflation and structure. Also called no-flat tires, they can get punctured but quickly seal to retain air. They are far less prone to flats than pneumatic tires with inner tubes, as a common cause of flats is the inner tube getting stuck in the rim. These 11" Self Sealing Street/Off-Road Tubeless Tires come in street and off-road styles, and fit many of our popular Kaabo electric scooters and Dualtron electric scooters (compatible models below). These are the standard 11in. tires for the following models: Dualtron Thunder 2, Wolf King GT, and Wolf Warrior GT

Note: This tire is sold as a single unit and does not come with a rim or valve stem (sold separately).

Most reliable common sense option

They squeal when they spin but you wont be stranded from a puncture flat. I witnessed a puncture flat seal in front of my eyes and still made it home fine. Any other tire can leave you stranded.
