All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Out of the Box Top Speeds

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.

This 60V 30Ah LG M50LT battery is for the EMOVE Roadrunner Pro Seated Electric Scooter and comes standard with the Roadrunner Pro. This powerhouse of a battery provides the juice your Roadrunner Pro needs to thrive in leaving others in the dust. 

The 60V output combined with the 30Ah capacity allow the Roadrunner Pro to reach speeds of up to 80 kilometers per hour and also travel a range of 80 kilometers on a single charge. But the best part is.. If you have an extra battery you can swap it in seconds and double your range almost instantaneously! 

Don't you worry about the thought of someone stealing your precious battery. We included a key locking feature to lock your battery in place to give you peace of mind when leaving your scooter outside to go grab a coffee.
