All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Out of the Box Top Speeds

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.

Please Read before Purchasing. (Not 100% compatible)

I bought a Cruiser in December 2021 and wrecked after hitting a deep pothole in November 2022. Ended up bending my rim so there was extreme wobble. Found this replacement, and as you can see in the attached photo, the inset for the brake rotor that was present on the old rim (Left Side) is not there on this product (Right Side), meaning that it is not compatible with my cruiser. I contacted Voro and apparently they have new spacers that they can help you find, although those are not specified in this listing. So before you order, check and see if you have the inset in your front wheel for the brake rotor to sit into, and if you do, contact Voro and I hope they will help you out with the new spacers that you need. I ended up machining the inset which makes this new rim work fine with my old spacers, but that is risky and could lead you to damage a brand new rim, so I would not recommend doing this.
