All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

EMOVE RoadRunner Pro
The EMOVE RoadRunner Pro has an out of the box top speed of 25kph*. The actual unlocked top speed is 80kph. There are no additional steps required to unlock the Roadrunner Pro's true top speed.
This is a 48 - 72V 60A (30-60A programmable) Naccotech Controller with Bluetooth adapter. It works with alarms, voltmeter key ignitions, on-off buttons, and most throttles. Has a motor immobilizer lock feature, a reverse gear function, and eco/turbo function, a 3-speed function, and allows cruise control. It supports a low brake (motor cutoff) and high brake (ABS). Do note that this controller only works with motors that have hall sensors.
