Responsibilities:
- Assist the team (customer service, marketing, and operations) in day-to-day operations of the New York office
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring the process and operations are in compliance with the company policies
- Weekly reconciliation of various transactions for accounting reporting purposes.
- Stay up to date with our overall inventory
- Ensuring B2B customers pay on time and stay up to date with their payment schedules
- Shipping claims
- Ad-hoc projects such as buying boxes, comparing quotes, sorting out insurance (occasional)
Qualifications:
- Team player with good communication skills across cultures and language barriers
- Self starter, resourceful person
- High proficiency in spreadsheets
- Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
