Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. Buying small parts online can be risky if not packaged well. My pads were shipped in a box large enough not to be misplaced. Voro Motors made sure my order was well protected and would survive any abuse the box experienced. Well done! The box was beat up but my order was safe.
